As the Microsoft Dynamics Functional Lead for Project Management and Accounting, this candidate develop timing for all major projects using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3. This candidate is Responsible for all Microsoft Dynamics AX Project Management and Accounting training, responsible for Microsoft Dynamics AX reporting (Design, Develop, Publish, Maintain and Train), and Develop budgets from awarded projects, distribute budget to WBS and perform metrics reporting. This individual able to motivate and mentor a staff of (15) Project Managers of various experience levels in 4 locations. This candidate has close interaction with teams from Finance, Project Management, IT, Executives and Customers. Evaluate project risks and issues. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks. Manage direct staff of (5), assign team and individual goals, monitor/coach progress so that goals are achieved.
