• Responsible for complete implementation of Warehouse Management System WMS (WAX) module. Helped in completing the setup and configurations of the Finance Module as well.
• Responsible for the complete setup of Advanced Locations, Location directives, Work templates, Mobile Device Menu, and Mobile Device Menu items.
• Worked Closely with Trilliant`s Warehouse Manager for the complete setup of warehouses.
• Worked closely with business users to test and verify business processes which helped them to understand WMS in a better fashion.
• Responsible for delivering core user training, providing user support & implementing specific configurations.
• Helped in the creation of system design documents, test scripts, and test cases for the testing teams.
• Worked on all the issues related to system users.
• There were more than 50 concurrent business users during implementation.
