They have accomplished and lead multiple complex projects and technology initiatives in strategizing, implementing, and delivering innovative solutions that enable the business in a global environment.

This candidate is experienced with: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE, SAP R/3 and S/4 HANA (including IS AFS, IS Retail, and IS FMS), SAP APO, SAP MES, Retail Store systems, and other third-party software. They have ample experience leading geographically disparate IT teams across continents (including outsourced offshore team) and supporting a global user community as well as building and leading high-performing teams that foster a culture of teamwork and dedication to excellence.

In a recent position, this candidate’s role and responsibilities include: 

• Leadership responsibility for Information  Technology projects and service delivery for global Supply Chain Management and Finance applications, Development and System Administration.
• Manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE Global implementation Projects, multi-channel business (wholesale, e-commerce,  and retail), and complex interfaces with other third-party software.
• Responsible for strategic thought leadership and implementation of corporate vision through technology.
• Tax solution implementation: external tax system Taxware for purchasing and sales.
• SAP Implementation Project for Oliver Peoples –  system maintenance support.
• Streamlining the cycle counting process to reduce annual physical inventory time.
• SAP Implementation Project for ESS – blueprint, and system maintenance support.
• IS Retail Implementation Project for Germany subsidiary.
• SAP Implementation Project for Asian Distribution Center; blueprint, customizing, and system maintenance support.
• Transformation in manufacturing area with various technology projects, including SAP MESand detailed capacity planning.
