In a recent position, this candidate’s role and responsibilities included: 

• Primary responsibilities included developing solutions that ensure optimal performance and user experience as well as implementing complex, high-performance enhancements using Dynamics D365, CRM, and PowerApps.
• Wrote conversion mapping from a custom CRM system to D365. Developed custom views, entities, forms, and dashboards to map to the legacy system. Designed multiple Process Flow Diagrams and data mapping. External API documentation.
• Project to enhance and redesign the overall load to opportunity cycle. Testing of external landing page/lead capture. Designed and created a workflow to integrate with a chatbot for incoming leads. Custom forms and follow-up custom views to improve the overall sales process.
• Wrote Functional Requirements Document (FRD) and Technical Requirements Document for a Field Service implementation. Design new workflows and business processes for crew scheduling and asset maintenance.
• Design and requirements for over 70 KPI dashboards in D365. Created test cases and data validation across multiple entities. Run use discovery sessions to further capture requirements.
• Contract Management system in sales team to manage Contracts and Pricing. Worked directly from a custom pricing table that identified all pricing options for a particular contract. Once the contract was created, the user could manage and multiple revisions and changes.
• Migration of SugarCRM client to Dynamics D365. Extensive customizations in Salesforce that were available in SugarCRM. Wrote conversion and testing scripts. Created tests using Selenium to verify one system against the other.
• Custom Commission system within D365 to manage advances and commission statements for Sales reps. Once opportunities were submitted, approved and converted to Orders the system would manage calculations, dashboards, and required reports.
• Large cube and data warehousing project involved in creating multiple cubes for operational modules which included Inventory, Field Service. The cubes were then used to deliver multiple dashboards and reports for management users
