This candidate specializes in Microsoft Dynamics design and development, with over 18 years of focus almost exclusively on Microsoft Dynamics implementation. He experienced with the following modules: Sales and Marketing, Procurement and Sourcing, Accounts  Receivable, Accounts Payable, Product  Information  Management, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Production, Transportation, Finance, Master Planning, and HR. This candidate has spent the last ten years working primarily with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 with exposure to the product as early as its release in the TAP program. He specializes in extension development and quality unit testing,  integrations, data upgrade,  code upgrade, and merging. His other  AX  areas of experience include:  designing customized solutions for applications,  integration,  and reporting,  spearheading the development of those solutions,  and ensuring quality through effective communication and knowledge transfer with the client. This candidate has exceptional client-facing capabilities with experience including demonstrations for sales pursuits as well as the capability to effectively and responsibly complete quality development remotely. 

In a recent role, this candidate primarily contributed to ISV product development followed by quality unit testing. He encouraged strong communication between functional and technical resources during design, development, and testing while he served as the go-between. In this position, he maintained strict coding patterns and best patterns and regularly participated in the Scrum agile methodology. He was responsible for fixing custom ISV code and extension development implementations. This candidate also performed performance tuning for implementations using tracing and SQL tools.
