A seasoned veteran who has spent over ten years working with Microsoft Dynamics, this candidate has a long background in IT, coding, and development. He has experience in the following fields: customization development, advanced data migration to the cloud from all versions of AX or older legacy systems, advanced pos development for Dynamics AX, installation and configuration of all versions, fastpath installation and configuration, advanced integration development with other business systems, performance and health checks, SSRS report definition and creation, installations and configurations of workflows, creation of 3rd party solution to integrate AX with gift card system, architecture modeling for retail implementation, and development training.

This candidate was brought on by a customer because they were struggling to integrate D365 with their credit card processing system. They needed to create a custom payment connector capable of working with 3rd party credit card solutions integrating input through pin pads. This candidate was able to reverse engineer D365 and create a solution without having to alter or create a new module and just using current technology available for Dynamics.

On another project, this candidate set up custom integration of AX 2012 R3 to a POS system for a nationwide retailer. He was responsible for rolling it out to all 200+ stores within a tight deadline. This candidate was able to enhance the system so that it could process orders in a massive reduction of time by using in-store handheld tablets.

On one of his most challenging projects, this candidate worked with a major Oil and Gas company to help them migrate from AX 2009 to D365 F&O. Instead of focusing on over-customizing the solution, he helped this company redefine their internal processes and helped to keep customizations at the minimum. He proceeded to train their internal staff so that they could support their system after his departure instead of relying on him or their partner.
