He led a project that took 10,000 man-hours on Microsoft products (D365 CE, Azure, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and BI), which now serves 4,000 clients a year and generates 300 reports a quarter. 

One of this candidate’s most notable achievements is having created a Power Platform environment on the federal government cloud that is open to the public, and through interagency cooperation achieved authentication and payment receival. In addition to the technical challenges that arose from this organization pushing the limits of their technological capability, this candidate was able to effectively manage the internal politics and gain followship from the team to ensure a smooth transition. He has also seen success showing organizations the benefit of investing in an enterprise case management system in Power Platform, which was instrumental and necessary for them to realize their full social impact.
