He spent 15 of those years managing teams in the delivery of strategic and cost-effective solutions. This candidate has deep experience in several disciplines including development, business analysis, and project management. He personally drove the implementation of dozens of systems ranging from custom developed internet, and web-based applications to back-end data warehouse, enterprise reporting, and information discovery solutions

In a recent role as a Senior Technical Architect and Consultant, this candidate worked with dozens of clients helping them plan and implement technology solutions. His responsibilities included the development of road maps, technical architectures, implementation plans, and other strategies to successfully deliver software and integration tools. He was able to reliably build trust and satisfaction with these clients through continued demonstration of deep technical knowledge and experience. In this capacity, this candidate designed, developed and delivered a portal, back-end process automation and data integrations for managing union membership as the organization needed a way to automate, track and service benefits for its 120,000 members. He also designed and developed a REST API middleware and backend processing solution for a medical device manufacturer, which communicated with existing portals. Additionally, he was responsible for migrating, enhancing and developing member tracking capabilities for a non-for-profit organization using Dynamics 365. To do this, he created an integration with Eventbrite, iDonate, GreatPlains, and other donation tracking systems that were developed to consolidate donor transactions and intelligence to a single cloud-based solution.

This candidate is actively pursuing opportunities where he can grow into a management role either with a Microsoft Gold Partner or an End-user looking for a manager with a solid techno-functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems.  He would also be open to a Long term contract opportunity where he is helping an end-user implement D365 Sales and Marketing as the enterprise architect.
