- Working with a large Financials Auditing organization to leverage components of Project Service Automation, Universal Resource Scheduling, and the Power Platform to integrate both upstream and downstream systems and utilize Microsoft Business Applications.
- Completed a large Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) project for the Healthcare industry, using Dynamics 365 CE as one of the core components to support the Customer Service group.
- Worked with the Oracle CRM/CX Practice for 3 months doing Project Assessments and on-site workshops.
- Transferred to the Microsoft Dynamics Practice to manage an Assessment Engagement and POC for an existing Customer that was interested in adding an additional subsidiary to their existing Dynamics platform.
- Completed the Assessment and Proof of Concept, which resulted in the Client moving forward with Implementation.
- Worked with Key Stakeholders, Project Managers, Business Product Owners, and Offshore Development and QA Teams to deliver phase one of this project that focused on Lead Management and key Integrations to the legacy system.
