Technical and systems experience includes Microso Dynamics ERP systems (Dynamics AX/365), UlPro HCM solution, Oracle and SQL Server databases, SharePoint, and various programming languages, including C#, Java, and X++.

Management – Experience directing a diverse team of local and remote Product Managers, Project Managers, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and Consultants. Responsible for strategic planning and tactical completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual business plan, business unit profit and loss, and execution of company goals and key performance measures. Ability to communicate highly technical solutions to all levels of the organization in business terms, helping convey the business case and expected return on investment.

Project Management – Experienced at integrating technology and processes with advanced concepts to complete challenging projects for customers. Maintain a well-established track record of delivering products and projects on time, within budget, and exceeding quality expectations. Define best practice and project implementation methodology for the entire organization, creating documentation and process flow for the entire project lifecycle from concept to delivery.

Product Development – Lead team to develop software solutions to solve common and complex business needs in unique ways, establishing market leadership on all platforms deployed. Proven record of delivering innovative and user-friendly product features increasing productivity and customer satisfaction. Key component of success includes strong employee retention and delivering both innovative and user-friendly product features.

Consulting/Analysis – Well-versed at teaching and assisting clients in streamlining business practices and processes to grow efficiency and user interaction with business systems while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and industry requirements. Ability to blend technical and business process consulting services to offer solutions that account for all aspects of the enterprise, including business systems selection.

In a recent role, this candidate’s responsibilities include: 

• Key member of Dynamics AX Implementation Team, implementing Dynamics AX across 12 facilities throughout North America
•  Manage Development Team which includes customizations to Dynamics AX using X++ and Team Foundation Server, as well as integrations to third-party software and reporting and analytics tools
• Responsible for Warehousing, Sales Order Shipments, Mobile Data Collection, Production Reporting as Finished, Inventory Counting
• Provide advanced support for subject-matter experts and key users at all facilities
• Provide vision, strategy and guidance for Professional Services and ensure the team has the tools, resources, and support needed to deliver innovative solutions and excellent service to clients
• Lead Functional, Technical, Project Management, and Consulting Support Services teams
• Drive efficiency through initiatives to improve on-time and on-budget project delivery
