This candidate is an accomplished executive with over 12 years of technical experience including 5 years of techno-functional experience in the area of eCommerce, Retail  Strategy, and  Business  Applications. His areas of expertise include  Retail Planning, Customer Services, Omni-Channel strategy, and implementation using D365 Back office, MPOS, Cloud POS, and eCommerce. He has worked on end-to-end ERP and eCommerce implementations and enables Retailers to complete the  Omni-channel initiatives. During his career,  this candidate has worked for some of the well-known retail brands, to solve complex business processes in the areas of Merchandising, Integrations, Marketing, Customer Experience, Ecommerce, and Store Operations. 

As an integration expert, he has designed and developed a retail integration product to facilitate unified commerce using Dynamics  365  for Retail. He has also been included in Microsoft’s private preview program before launching D365 Commerce and he has been leading weekly feedback sessions with Microsoft. This candidate has been working with the Microsoft development team for publishing new IPs for D365 commerce.

• Primary responsibilities included team training, prepare demo’s, lead feedback program with the product team and prioritizing items with Microsoft based on customer’s asks, discuss blockers with the Microsoft product Dev team weekly, plan and pitch new Apps (IP’s)to launch to App source(Product badges, themes, 3rdparty rating & review integration), and more. 
• In a project where he was the product owner, this candidate’s main responsibility was to continuously plan & evolve product to meet the modern retail standards. He was responsible for preparing and presenting the roadmap for each quarter and aligning resources for delivery. He also worked on an Extensibility framework to distinguish  OOB  flows vs customer’s business implementation. In this capacity, he extended the scope of commerce links to fulfill unified commerce needs by enabling the integration between CRM, Enterprise Service Hub, marketplaces etc.
