In his current position, this candidate is responsible for:

• Leading a project to develop a comprehensive dashboard that helps the US government’s response to COVID-19 request tracking in partnership with Microsoft. (jQuery, CSOM/JSOM, SP-PnP, SimpleMaps.js, Charts.JS, CSS, HTML)
• Leading a feedback collection effort on GCC-high platform (Azure Government Cloud) to use Dynamics 365 Marketing/ClickDimensions to gather and process customer satisfaction surveys with insights and complex reporting.
• Designing and architecting an integration between a government data warehouse and Dynamics 365 cloud
• Designing and implementing custom C# plug-ins to do phone number formatting and time zone assignment for each contact that comes through any campaign automation process.
• Creating and publishing different business rules to determine black out dates and holidays to prevent from targeting contacts on off-hours
• Designing and architecting integrations between third party customer satisfaction survey platforms and Dynamics 365 (e.g., FeedbackNow, Qualtrics, ClickDimensions)
• Connecting SharePoint applications to Azure DevOps to automatically create tasks and user stories, establish communication through the comment sections of each application between business owners and developers from a SharePoint report request tracking form using MS-Flow and PowerApps
